Sublimation Block is a specialized PU plotter cut heat seal material with an adhesive polyester backing, designed for low-temperature transfers on polyester textiles dyed with sublimation inks. Unlike standard heat transfer vinyl (HTV), which can suffer from “dye migration” where sublimation inks bleed into the vinyl, Sublimation Block effectively prevents this issue, preserving the original color of the vinyl. EasyWeed Sub Block, also known as PS Subli LT, is formulated to block most dye migration, ensuring a crisp finish. Additionally, it allows layering with other Siser materials for more colourful designs, making it the ideal solution for sublimated garments.
